Check out this video of the Big Shot ride at the top of the Stratosphere Vegas. There’s a bit of a wait for the ride to start but it’s worth waiting for. And the video of the view around the tower is lovely.

is it where the resturant is or is it at the bottom or on the side (ground level) of the stratosphere?
The "Top of the World" restaurant is 900ft up. The hotel does not quite reach that height.
