is the stratosphere hotel in las vegas at the top or the bottom?

is it where the resturant is or is it at the bottom or on the side (ground level) of the stratosphere?

The “Top of the World” restaurant is 900ft up. The hotel does not quite reach that height.

Not only shows all of the hotels but also the monorail, and much more.

The Stratosphere tower is 101 stories high with three amusement rides at the top, and a bar and fancy restaurant. But there are also restaurants on the main floor including a buffet.

Hotel is on the bottom and the restaurant is on top,the hotel is to the side of the tower. There are more places to eat in side, and there is a number of small store's and gift shop's in there too. Lucky's had good food 24/7 and there's a Starbucks in side to along with a McDonald's. There is a nice pool up on the 8th floor with a nice view, of the mountains and up a few more floors is a European pool (topless) women are free men pay $ 10.00.
